DELCIATILCO, UNIPESSOAL, LDA is a Dili-based heritage rice company rooted in the villages of Timor-Leste. Unlike conventional traders, we source our rice directly from the hands of Timorese farmers — walking the paddies of Baucau, Maliana and Viqueque, honoring tara bandu and ancestral agricultural wisdom. We are not merely distributors; we are custodians of Timor-Leste's living culture, ensuring every sack carries the taste, story, and spirit of our ancestors.

Company History
DELCIATILCO was founded in 2025 by Fidel L. M. X. Freitas after witnessing how smallholders' finest harvests were lost to middlemen. He began by traveling village to village, receiving rice hand-to-hand from elders. That ritual — rice passed directly from farmer's hands — became our identity and oath: to be a bridge between ancestral fields and modern Timor-Leste, protecting culture while feeding the nation.
